Okay, friends, today we are digging in to what I believe is one of the most amazing passages

of scripture.

It's in the Gospel of Luke chapter 17, verse number 20.

Now, as you're getting your Bible out to look at that, remember, we're going through

our foretold series, and we're wrapping this up tomorrow on New Year's Eve.

That's the final episode.

And we're looking at these prophecies that foretold Jesus in some way.

And today's is one of the amazing ones where Jesus himself says, I'm fulfilling prophecy right now in your presence.

As you hear me speak, we're going to get into it in just a moment, but we need to pray first because God is our teacher.

Amen. He's the one who helps us understand scripture. So we want to ask him to do that for us today.

Lord God, as we read Luke chapter 17, beginning of verse 20, we want you to open our eyes and open

our hearts, to be overwhelmed with wonder at what you've done in history through the person of Jesus Christ

on our behalf. Thank you, Jesus. It's in your name. We pray. Amen.
