trying to stay cool over here.

It's important I think you know with all the time that both our listeners ourselves

as as podcasters and people that have home studios and streamers and content creators

spend in front of the computer and spend inside that you take the time to make sure

that you're getting enough water, that you're you know staying cool if you can, all that

kind of stuff because even like not getting too serious about it with like health and

safety stuff, but just even just your mood and your just quality of what you're doing

will change dramatically if you're overheated.

I can tell immediately if I'm streaming and I'm far too hot because I just want to quit.

Yeah, I just want to yeah, I do I get grumpy.

I want to get up and I want to go do something else.

And so that's usually my my tip to be like, okay, fill the glass with ice, you know, turn

the fan on and just apologize if people can hear it, but like, you know what, I something

that I find too, I see a lot with with content creation, you know, like around Minecraft,
