snapshot to talk about which works out well for us because this is the

chunk mail dispenser episode for May. We're going to be reading a bunch of

emails that you guys have sent in and thank you for keeping the emails coming.

It's been fantastic to read some of your opinions about the nether update that's coming up and Blackstone and various other things that we've been chatting about over the last few weeks. But as regards Minecraft that's happening now, Joel, what have you been up to?

So I am back into planning in the city. It seems strange because I've not even

completed more than one or two builds in the city because the builds are just so big but I find

that you know you're working on a white concrete tower for so long you're like I kind of need

I kind of need a break from this so I was working a bit on the waterfront boardwalk and planning that out. I'm quite happy with it actually. It feels like the boardwalk that we have here on the Halifax side of the city that I live in, which is great. However However trying to come up with a way to do a railing or a guardrail on a 45 degree angle in Minecraft is tough.

Yeah, like yeah it's really tough. You can get away with them on angles if they're a lower angle because then you can do like three or four blocks in a row and then just, you know, go over on an angle by one and then do the next, you know, three to four blocks in a row and it sort of works.

But with the design that I had originally made, it was all at right angles and it looks good but it does not work at all on 45s because it involves

walls and fence gates. Yeah and so that is a huge problem if you want to

especially if you're trying to prevent mobs and stuff from walking through those fences

...
