Customer service note, if you normally text this show and you're wondering why I am not reading your text messages this morning and you're thinking it's a commentary on the quality of the text message, it is not.

Text machine is broken and apparently Shime and I have learned from the barista, our blend

manager, that

Shime has to participate in some

kind of a training

module or two in order to

operate the text machine. I'm doing them as we speak.

Are you doing them as we speak? Yes, I have them

up on my computer to the right, I've been doing them all break.

Was there a heads up on this?

Or, like, any notice that you had to do that?

Or anybody inform you?

Because I had submitted a ticket to get a Vibs thing.

And they said, yeah, you've got to complete these three training modules.

Okay.
