The hashtag this week, I could go through this like I do every week and remind you and I guess I will because every week deserves to be presented properly.

In this section of the program, we like to offer something that we can uplift you with, something to enrich you and encourage you to really do your best and put forth a great valiant effort at whatever it is that you're doing.

This week, we've chosen none other than Jocelyn Hernandez, the Puerto Rican Princess, who quite simply gave us something that we needed with two words.

You know the two words are you know. And what she just offered to us for our consideration and also for our intake personally, this is about growth you guys.

And what she offered us, she said, I mean, you wasn't talking to me in this part, but she said, you know, for the haters, you know, you know where you can kiss it. But let's stop there.

We're not going to worry about the murky insults that came next. Let's know, let's dial back and get into the transitional phrase she used.

You know, see this is where accountability, I told you something that I love, she was placing the accountability where it belonged because the haters know what they're doing.

They know the answer to the problem. They know the great things that you have going on. They know all of this. So by her summing it up with those two words into the haters, you know, she scoffed a little bit, you know, as they do know.

And so it's not even worth your time of trying to prove yourself worthy to anyone. Be confident. This is a lesson in self worth self confidence.

Okay. And having a quiet stillness with your power that you know you contain.

And so the hashtag this week is you know from none other than back of the red just.
