pre-Medana I can't be a little bit of a pre- donna can I not my staff has so much respect for me I was like absolutely not just went ahead

he's not that picture of my face you know what this is this is a chance for you to, Sarah, lead by example and by showing that you don't care about such trivialities to then make it so that everybody else in the organization also feels like they can't care about trivialities.
