So official. On location. It's such a dope spot. Tell us how you guys got started.

You're a chef.

You make food.

How did you get started in that?

So I knew food since I can remember.

My mom didn't grow up knowing how to cook too well.

So just off a survival means necessary, I've learned how the first thing alone, I think, was learning how to break down an oven.

Wow.

And reheat food in an oven. And what most people don't understand is reheating food and oven is actually

legit. Like, it's legit. So from that, high school, got a scholarship to go to college.

Then from college, I got into the industry. And then went back after being in the industry, I actually got the opportunity to teach, create training programs, taught at Johnson & Wells at my Allmodo.

What were you teaching?

I taught hospitality and culinary arts.

Wow.

So hospitality was more so the professor in the classroom.

Cline arts, I was actually in the lab and with teaching skills
