Ah, this one is because I realized that as we are publishing this episode, Hanukkah is starting tomorrow night,

I don't know what time means anymore. Sure let's go with that.

And although Pestami is not a Hanukkah food in particular usually a lot of Hanukah meals involve cheese and so if you're

keeping kosher you wouldn't be eating cheese and meat in the same meal but

that being said I I went on like a whole 20 minute like tab opening about latkas

before I realized that we've already done an episode about latkas.

Yep. That happens more and more frequently these days.

Yeah, I don't know if it's like us or just like a thing that happens in podcasting.

I don't have much Pestrami experience.

When I went on my burger tour of Atlanta, I think that was 2012,

one of my faves was the P Pastrami Burger at the General Mirror.

I've done the whole cat's delicatessen thing in NYC. It was a very stressful experience.
