Someone donated to his campaign, and shortly after he won, that donor showed up in his office,

Pretty minor offense in the grand scheme of things in an office with murders and robberies and

The reality is district attorney, solicitors don't get involved in traffic citations.

So he laid the ticket on the solicitor's desk and said, I helped get you elected. Now I need your help. So my solicitor friend, who later went on

to become a federal judge, reached into his desk drawer, took out his checkbook, took another look at the ticket, and wrote a check
