I'm Conroy, just got home from San Francisco.

There's Albert Breer, who just got home covering the Kid Rock halftime performance in Washington,

D.C.

Just kidding, Albert was there too.

We are back from from San Francisco,

and it's one of those great things, Albert, where when you return from a long way away,

your kids totally get it and they sleep through the night that first night so you're not jet

lagged and they don't just kind of come at you like a bear covered in honey.

Just kidding. That's not the case.

Yeah, well, you got a little ways to go with that.

I think I am past that now, but I'm not past various guilt trips for being gone for so long.

Because, you know, like we're going out to dinners and partying

and not doing any work at all when we're there. So like, yeah. Well, that is true of some people

at the Super Bowl, not Albert and I. We were, I promise, we were grinding. We did go. I, we did go

out to a bunch of good dinners. I'm not going to lie about that. We ate well. You know, we ate well. And on Friday, we both got a chance to see Green Day and Counting Crows, which was very fun. I thought that was like, I needed that to blow off a little bit of steam. And I'm not saying, like, what was me covering the Super Bowl? I think it's just one of those things that like, if you do it the right way, you're, you're gassed because it's like, it's like dress rehearsals over. This is sweeps week. I need to have all my best stuff. I need to bring my A game. You know, you need to make it to every single interview

opportunity availability. You need to, you know, you just need to finish run through the tape,

as my track coach used to say, right? And so it was nice on Friday night you get counting crows

in Green Day, beautiful day on Saturday. And then the game on Sunday, which, you, which we'll get to in a second,

we'll start kind of breaking that down, which I enjoyed, I think, a lot more than other

people.

On the flight home, there's a lot of complaining about that it not being close.
