Hello hello. I'm Brittany Loose and you're listening to It's been a minute from

NPR. A show about what's going on in culture and why it doesn't happen by accident. For the next few weeks I am bringing the Smackdown a debate series to American cities all across the country, to find out what are the most

influential things and the most important people that come from those places.

I'm debating who and what are the greatest of all time.

Today's cage match is being held in Miami Florida and our debaters this week are NPR member station WLrN's

Wilkin Brutus and Miami Herald Dolphins and Culture Reporter. See Isaiah Small's

Wilkin, Isaiah, which one of you is going to win this debate?

I mean it's Wilkin Brutus. I think you introduced me as the winner already, so we might as well.

Oh, okay. I don't remember that part but maybe no no I think you miss heard that I think she said that you were the loser.

Okay I didn't say that I didn't say that either. Well how this debate is going to work. We have two categories. We will each select a

contender for each category. That includes me. We'll make our argument for our

contender. That also includes me, and then a select jury of NPR

Culture Critics will vote and decide who made the best argument. I'm sure you're

dying to know what the categories are.
