And I'm joined today by Heather Steele, Shail Lux's Managing Lifestyle Editor. And two ex-Rugby players.

Welcome George Cruz and Dominic Day. George has over 14 years of experience as a professional rugby player,

winning three European titles,

and four premiership trophies for Saracens,

achieving over 45 caps for England during two World Cups

and a British and Irish Lions tour.

Dom was a professional rugby player also over 14 years. He played in the

2015 Rugby World Cup for Wales and has over 250 top flight games to his name. His long career

has taken him around the globe to places including Australia, Japan, and finishing his career as a proud

member of Saracens. Together the pair started CBD brand 4-5 in 2018.

And we're going to talk more about 4-5 a bit later, but in essence it helps people lead

healthier, happier lives through the power of CBD and vitamin supplements using really

Can you talk to us both about, I mean, Heather is the rugby fan?

I'm more the rugby fan, I'd say. My dad, he's Scottish, actually, I'm afraid to say. Hey, we won on Saturday, which doesn't always happen. So that was good. But I did watch the England game as well. Basically, if England aren't playing Scotland, I'm an England fan. But I also went to uni and Cardiff, so I've got a soft spot for Wales as well.
