Collette. Jason, how are you doing? Uh, people pretty much know I'm doing pretty damn awesome right now.

Oh, and I appreciate the millions and millions of you guys that reached out and said,

finally Jason has his white whale. But yeah, I am doing pretty damn awesome right now. How about you?

I'm doing all right. Got back from vacation this last weekend. Now I'm headed out on a mini

vacation for two days to go camping with with my daughter. Awesome. So that would be fun just to

kind of a quick two-day shot. So I'll be back in time to record on Tuesday. How's the the quest

bars going on behind you and then your your pursuit of quitting smoking going aren't you close

to day 30 now? I'm over day 30. I believe I'm on day 32. But I can check my little app thing I've

got. And yes, I am on day 32 of quitting smoking. So things are going well. I have not murdered anyone

yet. Yeah, that I, you, if my wife all of a sudden becomes less active on Twitter, you know,

something went awry. But so far, so good lately too. So yeah, it's going well. Yeah, I mean,

quitting smoking 32 days, losing weight down 15 pounds. You know, it's been a it's been a good

health time for me. Oh, yeah. So just got to keep it going. I think at this point, it's all

mental game, right? So it's, you know, no longer the physical issues aligned with quitting smoking.

It's more of a mental thing. Even even started kind of jogging a little bit. Very, very little,

but a little bit chasing. Yeah, no, it's this is the first time I've, I've run in,

in probably close to 15 years without someone chasing me. So that's, you know, we'll see how long

it keeps that up for. We do have a special guest today. That is Adam Howe from PitcherList.com.

those of the bucket list items for, you know, most of the guests that come on and definitely on mine.
