How are you doing all right?

I'm four days into my new workout routine slash diet down six pounds.

I'm sure most of that is like water weight and stuff like that, but feels good.

Like I'm still going, right, building the routine, right?

And that's the thing.

You got to get into the habits, nothing like that is, is an overnight kind of thing.

So, you know, good, good job.

Keep it going.

And hopefully, you know, you build those habits, get where you want to be.

I know you were taking a walk earlier.

So I think a morning walk is a really good idea.

I wish I actually did more of that because I feel like getting the juices flowing first

thing in the morning is always a good idea.

I know that's probably why people work out at like five, 30 and stuff, but I mean, they're

insane.

I don't want to get that far, I'm just kidding.

I have to do it because one, it gets way too hot here.
