Hey, it must be like a few weeks in the baseball season because tomorrow's tax day.

Exactly right. Yeah that's tax day. Exactly, right? Yeah, that's usually an indicator.

Jackie Robinson Day on the same day usually, right?

Yeah, exactly.

So, yeah, it's like, hey, the season's gotten going it's April 15th

Taxes are due and Jackie Robinson Day. Well taxes are due tomorrow, but the season has not gotten going yet and

boy there's some other familiar things that have happened and that'll take us

right into our first news story unfortunately Byron Buxton got hurt.

And I don't even want to be like, duh, that's not surprising or anything. It's just a bummer.

It's just a freaking bomber Justin that he got hurt yet again and I have no choice but to blame Chris Liz

Yeah, no Chris Liz took him in his online championship and then the day he got hurt took him in or the day before he got hurt took him in the main event.

So yeah, no, it's obviously Chris's fault. I don't think there's any way around that and I think he knows. I think he accepts that.

He has to know. I mean, he is the Buxton guy after all.

So Buxton was caughted off on Monday.

You're suffering an apparent left leg slash ankle injury.

Turns out it was foot. Right now they're cautiously optimistic that it's not anything

serious. So where do we go from here? You know, the drafts are really just kicking back off as far as the

Sprint editions and the NFPC and people getting their home leagues back together.

So what are you doing with Buxton? I mean, I think this is a cautionary tale about any of the guys that we consider injury prone.

You know, I think there's this idea that, oh's a shorter season so guys have the chance to you know all they have to do is stay healthy for 60 games

just because it's a smaller season doesn't mean those type of things disappear.
