It is Thursday June 25th. I'm your host Paul Spoor joined by

Justin Mason good morning Justin you said January right because I was I was saying it's

pre-season mode then so it feels like January yes and I just punched the

mic so have fun with that headphone listeners sorry yeah yeah for some reason I was

going January it is pre-season mode though and it is feeling weird kind of getting back into it.

We've been working on our pitching ranks. We should both have them out by Friday the 26th and then

Tuesday we'll do a bigger episode comparing our big differences

and everything we talked about some of your changes in the upper part the top 35

last week or excuse me on Tuesday so go ahead and take a look at that if you missed it and then

on Tuesday we'll have a bigger bigger discussion between both of our ranks but

today we're gonna talk news and notes it's been a long time since we had like a proper news and notes episode.

And then we'll get into some general strategy stuff about the 60 game season and kind of see

where that takes us. So how does that sound to you?

It sounds pretty good. I'm just glad baseball is coming back. I know you and I were very

very skeptical that it would not and we're glad to be wrong hopefully we can get through a whole

season because we are having some players. Getting sick.

That's the next step.

Because I am happy and like you said we were wrong.

We couldn't wait to be wrong.

We're desperate to be wrong on this one. We didn't want there to be no baseball. We just weren't seeing how it's getting done. Part of that though is getting on the field still. We're going to see how that happens. I want it to do I
