Jason how you doing? I am in recovery mode if you follow me on Twitter you saw that I had to have

wrist and forearm surgery,

which gives me a whole new perspective

on any baseball hitter that has had that now.

I am in day four of not being able to use that hand

for anything, and it sucks. And I'm so I'm glad we're talking because my words

per minute is now down to about 20 from 75 to 80 and I'm hating life.

Other than that, doing well.

How about you?

Uh, fighting off a cold, which has been fun with the amount of podcast I've recorded this week.

But, uh, since you and I are both banged up in different ways, thought we'd bring in a you know a kind of a fresh arm
