Figuring okay this will get me into the gym at least twice a week every week.

And yeah, we started with box jumps and Joe Dowdell can jump an adult and I can jump a toddler.

Let me be clear on this one. I'm seeing it now. He does get a little running jump.

You can do either something with a little speed into it or from a standstill.

But it's impressive either way. I will not in any way shape or form try to

denigrate this by pointing that out. I just don't need you know the

corrections on Twitter like you said it was this and it was actually,

but no, it's insanely impressive.
