Hey remember last week we were talking about how hot it was in your place.

Yeah, is it?

Yeah, that's made its way it's East Coast.

It is nice.

We are on hell's front porch this weekend. Yeah, I'm not, it's noon right now,

and I have no desire to go outside.

The heat index is somewhere close to 110.

And if I do go outside, it's gonna go sit in the pool,

but it is hot here, which matches what it was when I was in

Florida for most of this week with their Tuesday got home yesterday and yeah

nasty East Coast warmth but it's supposed to be 80 degrees Tuesday.

So we got a cold front coming down from the north. So thank you, Tim McCloud,

Patrick Dabit, and either Canadian, I'm forgetting. Rob Silver, all of of you guys really appreciate it.

Yeah all of a sudden it kind of cooled off here so which I highly appreciate

especially because I think like right now it's only like

65 degrees at night. Wow that's fantastic. Oh it's like perfect weather for me so

but we're gonna talk to baseball today not just about the weather

we got one notable transaction and then we're just going to talk about a bunch of

guys who are going to be available in fab this week
