It is going pretty well.

I've got two pretty awesome things that happened today.

Oh yeah. Yeah so first today is my 14th sobriety birthday. So I've been home and sober 14 years as of today.

Wow. We have a mutual friend who's on the journey. Obviously I'm not going to say his name or anything like that but

Watching him go through the early stages

Been really proud of what he's been able to do as well and see you years that's that's amazing dude that's a

lot more difficult to do it early on that it is like now it's like you know

it's day-to-day maintenance make sure I don't do anything super

stupid but it's way more impressive when when people are early on but a lot of people ask me why I talk about it, like, publicly.

It's one because, you know, every once in a while someone reaches out to me and asks for help.

And hopefully if I can help one person by being honest about it then you know

hopefully that does something good so obviously yeah sorry I mean cut you, but there's a lot of like stigmas to it.

So letting people know they're not alone, you know, it is hard, but you can absolutely battle through it like that's important.

So I love that you're so honest and old. through it's important.

So I love that you're so honest and open about and of course it's part of your life's work

too with what you do and your full-time job so congratulations.

That's incredible, 14 years.
