I don't know, I'm just glad that we're now not just doing relievers my God.

We're finally starting to get some movement elsewhere.

A lot of it's been trades that's what we're going to focus on today, but literally as we were signing on,

we got a big signing.

So I'm actually gonna I'm to bump that to the top. We're

going to talk about that first because it is the freshest move out there. So let's go ahead

and just dive right in on it and talk about Carlos Santana getting a three year, 60 million dollar deal.

Okay, everything sounds right so far. To Philly, that's where I get hung up on it. I'm a little bit perplexed. I found Santana to be a really

strong option for somebody that might want Hosmer but might not want to

overpay. The three and 60 is fine by me if you go look he's a solid you know three-ish

win player pay 20 mil for that I'm okay with that but what this does you know on the surface it seems to move Hoskins to the

Outfield and Altaire into a potential platoon with Nick Williams. What did you

think about Carlos Santana to the Phillies for 3 and 60?

It's a little weird in terms of team structure, in terms of team readiness to compete, I think from the outside, but I think if you poke it a little bit it makes more sense.

I, you know, I've personally thought that the pirates the Phillies are closer than maybe some other people think.

I agree with that. This wasn't necessarily the move that I thought though. I thought maybe a picture.
