Talking with Steve Moyer and Greg Lumsden from Yakert Now, Jason and I got a chance to use the Yachartec technology

out in the Arizona Fall League. It's basically the easiest way to put it is like a transportable pitch effects sort of thing, a trackman sort of thing,

where you can get pitch data, you know real time on an iPad that or any sort of tablet. I guess it doesn't have to be an iPad.

And it's pretty dang cool. We got to throw a few pitches. You can see the spin.

You can see obviously the velocity. all sorts of interesting data and you know we're talking to

Steve about it and he say you know hey we can come on talk about it a little bit on the on the show

and figure why not so that's what we got for you today talk a little bit just a little bit of time with

I could see it being a pretty valuable tool to kind of have there again

the portability of it is really what pushes it to an interesting level that

you know the pitch effects and Stackcast and Trackman can't do they have to be

installed in a stadium so figure we talk with that for a little bit about it

tomorrow the 27th we're gonna be having a normal pod with you know talking baseball

not a lot is going on you know show me oh tonne is really holding things up that doesn't

mean we don't have stuff to talk about, a lot of stuff to talk about in the

off season, but in terms of moves, there just isn't a ton. I think something's breaking tonight

about Doug Fister signing, so maybe we'll do an hour and a half on that you know that's that's obviously a massive signing for the Rangers

and then the oh the national is not expected to resign Jason worth there's another hour and a half so we're going to have a three hour

pod tomorrow just talking about those two things. But anyway, I figured you all might want to hear
