Doing good. I just came back from ball practice and the old man that schooled me last week gave me

some pointers on how to be more deceptive.

How not to get destroyed by me in the future.

Well, he basically pointed out when I bring the ball around that I sort of bring it to the defender and up when I should bring it up sort of behind me.

And it, you know, on the way here I was thinking about it. It's a lot like in baseball

if you're if you're looking for an easy way to spot deception watch the way that they bring the ball up, the pitcher brings the ball up behind him.

Does he bring it up in front of him so that you can see the ball the whole way?

Does it bring it up behind his head?

He's Maripatit brings the ball behind his head and then leaves with his elbow so he can't see the ball.

Does he bring the ball up sort of through his ribs, you know, by his ear?

As you say that, I'm watching Nate Jones with his interesting delivery where he kind of

statue of liberties it up not as much as Paco Rodriguez who like brings it up and

holds it but I don't I think that might have some deception,

even though it kind of shows the ball up there,

because it's kind of hard to follow it that whole way too.

Yeah, yeah.

That can be tricky for the batter.

Even if it looks like they're showing it, can they track it from that particular

spot to where it's going to come out of?
