How you doing my friend?

Man, I'm doing great today.

Been a busy morning already.

Did a volunteer experience at Ronald McDonald House with my local UCF alumni board.

And so we cook some breakfast for some of the families that are staying

there, got a tour of the place to learn more about it, which was nice to see all the services

they provide the families that need it in circumstances when you're having to stay

multiple days, sometimes weeks in need of care. And so it was nice to be able to spend some time doing that this morning and then running, as soon as we're done, running off to Myrtle Beach for national dance championships.

The last one after 15 years of doing this.

This is the last one.

Had the last recital last night and lots of tears by the girls as they were like,

oh my God, Emma's leaving type of reality. And then this week, it'll be even more because then

my daughter will be part of that because it'll be her last competition. Nice. Well, sounds like

a really good weekend or you got to do something pretty amazing and get this to your

daughter kind of finish out some cool things so kudos to you getting getting kids through high

school to adulthood believe it'll be a much different situation when she gets dropped off at University

of Kentucky here in about seven weeks. Then it'll be, the tears will be on this side because, yeah,

it'll be like, I come home and her room will be empty for a while. So, yeah. There you go.

We are going to be talking about some fab uh it's not a big fab

week there are there aren't a ton of big names to discuss unless i'm completely blanking on somebody
