Hello and welcome to episode 1449 of The Sleeper in the Bust. It is Friday, September 5th. I'm your host, Paul Spore, joined this afternoon by Joe O'Rico. Joe, how you doing? Doing well, man. It is an exciting time. You know, just thinking about when the football season starts. I know that we're not really big football guys, but it really tells you you got a couple weeks left in the baseball season. It's prime time right now.

It's winding down.

My jays are facing the Yankees this weekend in a big series.

A very exciting time of year.

It really is, you know, the early fall brings that general excitement,

especially if you like football at all, which, you know, I do way more into baseball than football,

but with the lines being good, I'm definitely excited.

Seasons are being won here in the home stretch.

Still so much to be done in fantasy baseball leagues.

We're going to talk some two-star pitchers today, and then we're going to kind of check time, see where we're at, maybe getting into some meatball starting pitching talk.

Justin's on the bereavement list and Danielle lost a family

member and so you know we wish them the best and everything with the with their grieving process there

and we'll talk with Justin next week and uh you know hard to pivot off of a sad note there but we'll dive

right into some pitching, Joe.

The two steps, they can be really tough down the stretch because obviously if you hit the two bombs, everything hits harder here. To the positive and the negative, you know, you get seven shutout innings. Ah, yeah, that's a double fist pump man. That's so sick, especially if it comes from like a mid or low tier guy. but if you take a double bomb on a two-step,

you're starting to think that I just,

did I just end my season? And generally the case is no off of, you know, any one or two starts, but it can feel that way sometimes. So some risky guys. First we'll get into the auto starts, Garrett Crochet, Chauta Imanaga, Nicodvaldez george kirby brian woo logan webb jose badeos any of those guys jump out to you as

maybe they shouldn't be auto starts i i and if not i'll pick one that i'll at least ask you about

i still feel comfortable with them but anybody jump out there that you're like maybe i'm not auto starting
