Doing all right, hanging in there, trying to stay dry here in Austin, Texas. The heavens have been opening up all weeks so far. How about yourself?

We have the exact opposite problem. It is getting hot. Today is not too bad. It's like 76, something like

that. But we hit, we hit like high 80s yesterday. And so if you're ready for Sacramento to start

warming up. Yeah, it's coming.

It's coming.

This Friday is supposed to be the first 90 plus degree day.

I think it's supposed to be 96 degrees in Sacramento.

So if you want to see how that's going to play with their new stadium,

yeah um we we did not have the the normal temperature drops that we have so it's actually really

disgusting outside uh a lot of times in the spring when it rains the temperature at least drops 10 15

degrees so it doesn't feel as bad but now when I am letting the dogs out on the rare instances,

like when they just have to go so bad because they both hate the rain,

it's that muggy nastiness.

And so, yeah, we're getting into that part of the year.
