doing? I'm doing all right. How are you? Not too bad a little tired but did you enjoy the all-star game did you watch it?

I did not watch a single minute of the all-star game as I very rarely ever do. I just don't care. Like I know it's like a spectacle that people really enjoy and I'm happy for them but for me I take the all-star break pretty much all but you know I don't really right I you know all I do is

podcast with you and yeah I just kind of enjoy baseball free time.

I enjoy the work off for a few days,

but I keep the game on.

I wasn't like dialed in.

NCAA football is out,

starting to crack into that a little bit.

Myself, hoping to get a nice session today.

I'm taking my niece for a lunch, and then when I get home,

college football for a few hours so I'm excited today today's

like a full day off even including this I love podcasting so this doesn't feel like

oh God this is such a slog. So yeah, doing this, going to get an oil change,

niece lunch, college football, breezy day, very excited. And that's how I can cope with

zero baseball today right because there's

nothing you know at least Monday you get the home run derby you get the all-star

game even if you don't love those things you got a little taste of

baseball today it's nothing I think the triple- the AAA All Star game is all you really get.

But we're going to continue our position tours here as we're kind of going over

everything and just giving a little rundown of what the positions are looking like here as we go as we go into the second half.
