Mason. Justin good morning sir. Good morning how you doing? Not too bad. Nice January weekend. I kind of can't believe we're already in January. I know we say that a lot during the

off season when it starts to move, but it does feel crazy that we're already

end of the football season season at least the regular season

I feel like the off season is moving kind of fast. Maybe that's just me like I said maybe I say that every year but it feels

like it's moving quickly here even if things have stalled moves

wise how are you doing I'm doing all right I am preparing to quit smoking today

so those of you who watch the live streams over on YouTube, see me

chain smoking cigarettes quite often. And today we'll hopefully be the last

episode of that because I've got I think like four or five cigarettes

last that might even finish those off during this bot and and then I'm going to try to quit so.

I wish you the best of luck in that I know the difficulty that comes with that as the child of two smokers and as somebody who smoked in college randomly took it up for like a year and a half like an idiot.

Thankfully was able to quit, but yeah, good luck.

I know it will be tough.

I don't have any great tips for it.

I feel like it doesn't have to be all at once like where if you do have you know like one

don't beat yourself up like oh I'm a piece of garbage you know. Yeah see for me it's avoiding that one, right?

I understand because that probably opens the floodgates, right?

I'm all or nothing.

It's, it's the quitting smoking is not the difficult part for me at least.
