Well, had a good weekend, lots of getting outdoors out at the concert festival, ACL, Austin City

limits.

It was a good time.

Playoff baseball started and boy, a tradition unlike any other Clayton Kershaw.

Actually, it's not unlike any other because this was so far and away, his worst outing.

It actually feeds the playoff Kershaw narrative because if we're being honest and even as a

giants fan, I think you can admit this prior to this, it was a, it was a pretty flimsy

notion that like he just outright sucked in October.

He had some painful blowups that you could go back and look at, you know, the Cardinals

kind of, you know, Pedro always talks to him, the Yankees aren't his daddy.

The Cardinals were kind of Kershaw's daddy.

They had a couple ugly outings run up against him in those back to backs in 13 and 14.

But beyond that, he'd mostly been Kershaw.

He also had the little rough inning against Washington and that one, that one stung as

well.

You know, you can find pockets, but it wasn't just this unending run of, of horrendousness
