Good morning, how you doing?

I'm doing very well and I appreciate that very upbeat intro because I know you're way more tired

than that.

I know you're full of crap on that is what I'm trying to say, but how was the weekend?

We can was good, man.

It was hot here, but we got the pool so that helps kind of keep us a little bit cool.

It's not hot like it has been in other areas of the of the country or how it usually is here.

I mean, we've had maybe a week's worth in total of 95 plus to 3 days, which is insanely

cool.

I think it's supposed to get back down into the 70s later this week, which is insane for

here.

So I don't know if that means we're just going to have a really hot fall, like 2017, we had

all the fires and stuff.

We had like 120 degree September.

So I'm hoping that's not what's going to happen, but so far I'm enjoying this kind of mild

summer.

Yeah, we definitely don't want to want that.

Cold summer doesn't exist here in Texas, we're getting the heat as you would expect.
