Good morning. How are you doing? I'm doing pretty well. It's early here on a Friday. We got a weekend set here and then

got the all-star break. It feels feels like it ran up on us, but there's been a lot that's going on in the season.

So I know you're taking your annual trip away and heading out. Are you excited to get away for a bit?

Yeah, it's going to be really nice. I mean, I do this trip pretty much every year and it's just nice to go

unplug. It's, you know, middle of nowhere. It is no internet. Well, limited internet. They've got

Wi-Fi, but like you can get like one bar if you stand on the right spot and then no phones. So like,

I'll be cut off from the world for a week and get to just hang out with the family and do some,

you know, fishing and swimming and things like that. So it's it's pretty nice to get away.

I like it. I think it's, you know, good idea to do that. Obviously the best time to do that is

busy as you are. It can be difficult. So I totally think that that's a good idea that you guys do

that annually. I'm excited. I got a little afternoon planned with my niece on Monday as part of my

all-star break, taking her to a movie and some lunch. So I'm very excited about that. I'm actually

going to see the real world for a few days. Now, you're going to get down your soap box later

about how you don't even like the all-star game. So you're not missing anything either. That's kind

of the other part of this is that like, you don't even care that you're missing. I happen to like it.

I wouldn't necessarily care if I was missing it, but you via me and behave it. We're going to get

into that later, but we got some news, got three up three down, then we're going to talk about some

surprising all-stars and more about how you feel about those guys in the second half. But let's

start with something that kind of shook everyone yesterday, which looks like we're getting decent

news on early, but always just going to be scary. Corbin Carroll left the game holding or not

even like his arm was just kind of dangling there. Like, he could move his shoulder. It was clear
