Welcome to episode 1169 of The Sleeper in the Bus Time, Justin Mason, joined as always

on Sundays by Jason Collette, who I am not currently speaking to because of his

jinxing of Lansley in last night in a group text. Yeah, this could be a lot of

uncomfortable silence. Good thing we have a third party on the podcast today, so

we can actually have some communication, but there's a group text with Eno Paul

just did it myself and you know, I met my nephew's state lacrosse finals

last night in South Carolina, checking the box score. I'm like, hmm, raise

or being no hit through six endings. It's been a while since I've had to worry

about that, text it out and it's like, hey, Lansley looks like he's back from

the dead and Justin's like, oh, it's so needed this. I have him in nine leagues.

10 runs later, not only four of them were his because Pedro Grifal, some of

you still as a job by the end, I don't know, it's somebody's going to be victim

of this, but wow, that team is bad. 10 runs into seventh ending and then Justin's

like, I'm not even talking anymore. So my Jinx power worked. My nephew won

the state lacrosse final, which was awesome because the same team, there's a

rematch against the same team as last year that beat him 21 to nine. And my

nephew is the goalie of the team. And so this year they won 1310. So pretty

cool for that. But yeah, it was Justin's not talking to me. So we have a third

party on today. And so I'm going to transfer the awkward moment of silence

back to the host so he can introduce that person.
