Obviously, it's in the afternoon, so we're not freezing the way we have it on some mornings.

What's the afternoon weather been like over there?

Are you guys getting decent weather?

Oh, yeah, it's actually pretty nice right now.

I'd say it's like mid-50s in the 1970s.

Very sunny.

If you're watching live, you can see the sun poking through my window and door.

It looks great.

I got a blackout shade because the little half window up there, during the summer, can

get pretty intense and fire this place up like 10, 12 degrees, and you guys know I like

it hot, but I do have limits.

I don't want to be sweltering.

I'm not trying to sweat during the day, but more importantly, I had a new shirt coming

today.

Oh, yeah.
