Hello and welcome episode 11 25 of the sleeper in the bus. It is Friday the 13th. I'm your

host Paul Spore or join this afternoon by Justin Mason. Justin, have you had a spooky

day? You know what? I'm so tired today. I was telling you I was up till 330 doing my second

base projections in kind of anticipation in this episode. This is the first I've thought about

the fact that today is the third. I've been doing paperwork all day putting dates on

shit and this is the first time I've thought about the fact that it is Friday 13th. It is

rainy in gloomy years. Watch out for Jason. Don't be hanging out in the woods, man. He'll

come. Oh, have you seen me just in Mason, Jason shirt? Of course I have. Oh, perfect. I got

it for Christmas. So from Daniel or actually for my kids, but yeah, I love that. I like that a

lot. And like with the mask and the way he does the art that fits to perfect. You know, it is

fitting though, right? Because second base is a bit spooky. And we're going to talk about it.

And it's really spooky at the top, the opposite of first base. You and I couldn't stop gushing

over the top eight or so first baseman on Mondays episode. We really, really like those

couple of top tears there. We're trying to get multiple guys out of there. Second base

not so much. So let's just go ahead and dive in. We do have the same guy number. Well,

actually you have somebody else listed number one, but you literally have a tie at the top.

So we'll just talk about my guy who's number one that is tied for your number one spot.

That's Marcus Semyon. And I do like him. I did put him number one confidently, but how

concerned are you about the home road split? You had a minus 209 point OPS split at home,

putting him under 700 there. And I will tell you I ran the numbers. I locked off those

first 44 games when he didn't hit a home or to see if maybe it tightened up. It did

a bit, but it was still a 186 point split with a 721 at home and a 907 on the road.
