I'm doing pretty well.

How about yourself?

I'm doing okay right now.

It's going to get hot.

It hit 114 yesterday here.

And I mean, it was 114.

I did not record last night.

Usually I record on Monday nights with Dave for the Friends Vance Benefits Podcast because

at 7 p.m. when we were supposed to record, it was still 102 degrees.

And I still do not have AC in the office.

It's insulated and stuff.

But there's just nothing you can do for 149 or 102, yeah, I didn't even start writing

the road right up till midnight when it was still 85 degrees outside.

Hey, you're talking to a Texan, so I know those numbers, they get way too high and they'd

never seem to come down.

And we've been getting a little bit cooler in the morning.

You'd start to feel like kind of coming in a little bit relative to the scalding hot.
