It's been a whirlwind day. It's been a crazy day.

Twitter fights going, a lot a day baseball. It's been

young. Everyone's yelling, everyone's angry. Why can't we just bask in the glow of

Sasha Yakuma's no hitter for crying out loud? I mean come on. Geez let's just enjoy that did no

hitters still count can we use that stat? We're gonna talk about that we're

gonna talk about some players performing well some players not

performing so well a solid prospect on the way up and and much much more actually that's

not true those are the only things we're going to talk about we're going to start with I think you're going to start with Ihukuma and the no hitter now you know we obviously

know that that no hitters are just kind of a great day for a guy they can happen to

good and bad pitchers alike. They're not necessarily

indicative of something coming, but they're kind of a stamp sometimes,

especially if somebody's pitching very well and then you kind of see the no hitter maybe

you dig into their game log because of it and if that were the case with the Sasha

Iwakuma you would see that over his last seven starts he's put up a 247 ERA in 51 innings of work with 44

strikeouts and nine walks. He's been great lately. There's only one stinker

outing in that in that run there a six run outing against

Arizona that accounts for almost half the runs he allowed within the seven starts he got

off to a rough start in April and then hit the disabled list, came back, his first start wasn't

very good against Detroit.

And I think he got a lot of heat for those four starts considering that three of them
