It is a his and her team, Lauren and Michael.

They run a website called The Skinny Confidential they also have a

podcast and today we're going to talk about online branding relationships and other

things but before we do I'd like to let them say hello.

I'm Lauren from the Skinny Confidential, and I have Michael here,

and we both have a podcast called The Skinny Confidential Him and Her Podcast.

Yep, and it's, Lauren has an online blog that she's been working on for the last six years.

She's a published author and yeah just like Mike said we have a big online presence and we've been working on it for the last few years and that's

primarily how we've been making our living.
