I kind of forgot about all that.

You know, I do a lot of walking and the heat is like, you know, climate change heat.

So put all those things together and you

get stones. Yeah. Yeah. When the heat is a thousand degrees, the humidity is a thousand percent

and you're sweating out, all of your everything. Yeah, you got it you got to replenish,

dude. It is important. I will say everyone, though,

like, you can't see Karm, but I can. And the first thing I said when she got on Zoom was,

oh, you look way better than I expected, which I like to think is a really big compliment,

but also I think I'm also surprised that Karn is sitting up. Like, I, I would have called it off, but she's pretty tough.
