It's new. Evan, Evan. Evan can't join us this week because Evan is knee deep or maybe he's neck deep.

I didn't get a body part from him. In taxes, he's an accountant and this is, you know,

lead up to the Iads of April. So this is his crazy, crazy time of year.

But maybe he'll join us later. So I don't, you know, I can't imagine like I do my taxes and I'm

sweating it the whole time. I'm white knuckling it the whole time, you know, making guesses and, you know, I don't know.

I'm trying to do my best, but you know, you got to get that thing in. Evan is like, you know, he does like hundreds of these.

Yeah, that's his job. Yeah, but he like knows what he's doing. So I don't think he's white knuckling it like we are.

I hope not, right?

So Jay, I was at your house the other day. Yeah. You were spent, you spent like 15 minutes making one cup of coffee.

Well, I mean, you know, if you want good coffee, you got to do what you got to do to get there, Steve.

What can I tell you? No, it's funny. It's actually got my wife in you. I don't drink coffee, but my wife does.

I bought her a coffee maker that grinds the thing of the beans and it's a little bit more of an involved process.

Not nearly what you're doing. But what's funny is what I've noticed is a few years ago, every one I know who drinks coffee,

loved the single cup, curry kind of makers because it was so convenient. Yeah.

Everyone was using it and everyone loved it. And then it seems that everyone realized that the coffee tasted like crap.

It's swill. Yeah. You know why, Steve, right? It's the temperature. Well, it's everything. It's everything.

It's everything. It starts with you have no idea like the quality of the coffee grind.
