Today is Saturday, May 14th, and we are live from Nexus 2016.

Joining me this week are Bob Novella, Cara Santa Maria, Jane Novella, Evan Bernstein,

and we have a special guest for this episode.

So the episode that we do from Nexus every year is our memorial episode for Perry DeAngelis,

who is the rogue who is no longer with us.

And we include now Mike Lissell and Michael Oedicelli to other friends of the show, supporters

of the podcast, close friends of ours, who we lost recently as well.

This is the episode we would like to remember, especially Perry, who is still with the show.

And we were just telling me yesterday, he thinks about Perry every day.

I do as well.

We still get emails, still get emails from people who are going back, listening to the

first 100 episodes that Perry was in, and sort of experiencing what he brought to the

podcast all over again, experiencing his loss all over again.

It keeps it very real for us.

And now it's been nine years, nine years, and it's still very, very, very present for

us.
