this week we are featuring hop solution by the amazing craftsmen and women at Bell's Brewery, Inc.

up in one of my favorite states, Michigan, garage grade, four out of five bottle caps.

This is a remarkably drinkable double IPA with a fantastic hop combination and massive aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, and pine,

and a mild caramel malt character, and a dry finish.

This all provides very nice balance.
