1:01.7	I hope you had a great weekend. I did. Had a nice time with my family and friends and really had an enjoyable time. My wife and I went out to celebrate yesterday. We went out and celebrate it by eating some sugar. We've been doing this thing to try to cut back so we've been eating sugar once a month.
1:16.3	So every month at the end of the month we go out we don't we got all the sugar out of the house and stopped adding sugar to everything
1:22.1	and decided to stop eating sweets.
1:24.1	But every month at the end of the month, then we are going out and enjoying some sugary indulgence.
1:30.0	So last month was, let's see, last month was cheesecake factory.
1:34.1	Yesterday was yesterday was Dairy Queen.
1:39.3	And we, I thought yesterday was today,
1:42.3	it was the last day of the month, and didn't even realize it was a holiday weekend until
1:46.6	until Saturday I think it was when we realized we even figured out it was going to be a holiday weekend
1:51.4	so we wound up having a great holiday weekend and I took it off and decided to cancel the show that I had planned for yesterday and had a good time with my family. I hope you did too. Today, however, we're back on the saddle. I'm going to be working hard here in the month of September to bring you some really great content.
