If you are simply life, your human consciousness will find natural expression.

Here we are, back at Isha Yuga Center, after a month of the United States, UK, and of course

the World Economic Forum, and Delhi, hectic 30 days, and here we are.

And today we have over 100 top administrative offices from across the country, literally from

every state in the nation.

All of them are senior Indian Administrative Service Officers who can make a difference

for this country.

This is a bureaucratic leadership that stays in place for nearly 25 to 30 years.

So it is actually more significant than the political leadership, because they are there

for a solid 30 years, and these people can make a huge difference.

So we are doing our best to see that the nation transforms itself silently.

This is a silent revolution of self-realization.

This needs to happen, all the key leaders, bureaucratic leaders, business leaders, social

influencers, of course political leaders, all of them need to have a spark of spirituality

within them.

Spirituality does not mean looking up or looking down, it is about turning inward and connecting

with the essential nature of who we are.

This innermost nature of who we are is all inclusive, and naturally it is a solution

for everything.

This needs to happen to this country and to the world.
