I want to be a better version of myself. I do. I do. I'm sorry. I do. I want to read more non-fiction. I want to be in better shape. I want to be smarter. I want to drink less. I want to walk through this life with purpose until next month when I read a different book and I walk through this life with a different purpose.

That's the thing about self-help and self-improvement. It's like talking

about your workout. It's sharing your cross-fit. Workout of the day with your friends. Nobody wants to hear it,

even though they can hear your passion because next month you'll have, I don't know,

a different passion. But you know, I've been thinking, why does that have

to be a bad thing? We're all sort of grown-up children with our last hobby collecting dust in the garage.
