And I wanted to start out today's program with some definitions here, because I think it's very pertinent to this conversation.

The difference in astronomy and astrology.

Astronomy is the study of the stars, planets, and other objects that make up the universe.

And astronomers seek the answers to these questions as, what are the stars made of?

How do they produce light?

What are the conditions on the planets?

And the list goes on and on. And the science of

astronomy has been around for thousands of years. And throughout time, astronomers have studied the cycles

of motion of these heavenly objects to keep time, mark the arrival of the seasons, and accurately

navigate the seas. And astronomy is a legitimate science. On the other hand, astrology is the

study of how the sun, moon, planets, and stars

are supposedly related to life and events on the Earth.

And it is based on the belief that the heavenly bodies form patterns that can reveal a person's character or their future.

An astrologist is a person who tells fortunes by studying the stars.

And I can tell you that's not why the stars were put there.

An astrologer learns about the influence

of the heavenly bodies on the earth by using a horoscope or a birth chart. And a horoscope

is a, it's like a diagram of the relative positions of planets and signs of the so-called zodiac at a specific time,
