So Susanna Marquez is a licensed marriage and family therapist.

And she's actually currently working on her doctorate dissertation. It's a SIDE program on maternal mental health,

and her dissertation is, sorry, let me start that one all over. She's currently in a SIDE program

and working on her doctorate dissertation on maternal mental health in the Latinx community.

She's the founder and clinician of Wellness for La Mama, private practice in Long Beach, California,

that provides bilingual therapeutic services for expectant and postpartum Latinx mothers.

Her services include psychotherapy, support groups, workshops, but also parenting classes.

Wellness para la Mama is rooted in the vision that a healthy mama is a healthy family.

She incorporates that into her practice and the work that she does.
