Next up, let's talk about this government shutdown. Food waste is one of the biggest climate problems

we can actually solve. When our leftovers and scraps end up in landfills, they emit methane,

a greenhouse gas that heats the planet 80 times faster than carbon dioxide. And most of that

waste comes from our own homes, which means that although the system may be broken, we still have agency.
