Once upon a time, there was a brother and sister named Luke and Nora.

Luke and Nora lived in a house surrounded by big, tall trees.

One day, they both decided to climb one of the trees in their backyard.

It was fallen.

The leaves on this tree always turned a golden orange color this time of year.

In this tree always looked perfect for climbing, so they ran out to the tree and one after the other,

they both grabbed the lowest tangy branch and pulled themselves up.

When they got up onto the first branch, they grabbed the next one and pulled themselves up onto that.

And they did this over and over again until they had climbed all the way to the top of the tree.

And when they got to the top, they looked down and were kind of surprised at how high they were.

They were so high up in the tree that the branches way at the top weren't nearly as thick and strong as the branches near the bottom.

And they were starting to get a little bit nervous that one of the branches was going to snap and they would fall out of the tree.

So they just sat there admiring the view.

And then they looked down at their hands and they started to notice that

it seemed like the branches were starting to grow bigger and wider, and the tree started

to shake beneath them. Luke said,

Hey, Nora, is it just me, or are these branches getting bigger?

Nora replied, it's definitely not you.

This tree is getting huge.

The kids had no idea what was going on, but those branches continued to grow,

and they grew bigger and wider, and eventually they were so big

that the tiny branches they were holding just a minute earlier
