We have had many meditations on this channel and you will find this one quite different. Do not use your phone or electronic devices in the shower, in most cases you can effectively hear this meditation while the sound is safely outside of the shower. I have the most spiritual moments in the shower. It is a divine place where miracles can be imagined. 0:00.0	Welcome to the reality revolution. Today we're going to do our first shower meditation
0:12.0	by request. I have found that I enter into a meditative state very easily when I shower.
0:22.2	I've had my wife walk in and while I'm showering saying,
0:25.9	Who are you talking to?
0:27.0	I find myself channeling, communicating with my higher self.
0:32.4	I have incredible insights and epiphanies.
0:35.5	It is a great place to create a level of mindfulness and practice mindfulness.
0:42.2	It can provide mental clarity and promote relaxation. It is a perfect place to meditate.
0:49.6	So let me guide you into a meditation while you shower.
0:59.4	I do not recommend that you bring any electronic devices into your shower.
1:03.2	You should be able to listen on your phone outside of the shower.
1:07.9	Let's begin by turning on the shower and just listen.
1:11.8	Hear the sound the water makes.
1:17.9	Feel the air around you start to change and warm.
1:24.9	You'll feel the steam in the bathroom and notice every little thing happening around you.
1:28.2	Breathe it in.
1:33.5	Feel the air expand in your lungs and notice the steam hits your skin.
1:43.6	Be aware of the moment and let yourself feel grounded and calm as you notice the world around you.
1:50.8	Step into your shower.
1:56.0	Become aware of the sensation of the floor of the shower on your feet. Adjust the water pressure and take the water pressure and temperature to a very warm, soothing, and comfortable setting.
2:15.4	Begin by closing your eyes and focusing on your breath inhale feel the cleansing steam flow in through your
