Summary

When listener Andy Guinigundo’s email appeared in the inbox on a rainy spring day, I read through it, read it again and thought “Damn, I wish I could have been there.? That’s because no matter where you ski, a powder day is a magical thing. I’d been wanting to create some smaller shorts between feature episodes, so Andy joined us in the Dirtbag Diaries Midwest Studios and gave us his own farewell to an unforgettable winter season.

0:48.9	I put on my first pair of rental skis at age 12 at a place called Mad River Mountain in Zane's
0:54.0	Field Ohio, as soon as I got off the rope toe and bunny slope and ski to Bigger Hill,
0:59.2	I was hooked, and as I got older, we took a few family trips to Bigger Terrain, Pennsylvania,
1:04.9	West Virginia, Vermont.
1:08.4	Meanwhile, the tiny hill in Southeast in the end developed into a Bigger Mountain.
1:12.8	Perfect North Slopes, so named for the Clyde Perfect Family, the Owners, not the fact
1:17.7	that it is perfect.
1:20.0	With several real chairlifts, 100% snow gun coverage, and 400 feet of vertical, it provides
1:26.0	about 3 minutes of downhill to the light.
1:34.6	I kept skiing through my college years, always thought about joining the ski patrol at Perfect

1:40.6	Four years of undergrad at the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing, derailed
